Order & Shipping

JUNK provides worldwide shipping accordingly with the following delivery term (business days):

• shipping to Italy: 2-3 (free of charge)
• shipping to European Union: 3-5 (free of charge)
• shipping to other Countries: 5-10 (shipping cost € 30,00, including custom clearance cost)

Delivery term is DDP, it means that you will not have to pay additional costs for custom clearance.

Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier and public holidays.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours during business days. To check the status of your order, please visit [ACCOUNT], sign-in to your account and click [ORDERS] tab.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming that your order is on its way & provide you with a tracking number.

If you would like to amend your shipping address, please contact us immediately by email (support@junkplasticrehab.com). However, we may not be able to amend it, in case the product has already been shipped.
